Amber Alert canceled after missing WV teen and baby found

UPSHUR COUNTY, W.VA. -- An Amber Alert for a missing West Virginia teen and a 7-month-old baby has been canceled after they were found on Wednesday morning.

Kanawha County authorities told Huntington, W. VA NBC-affiliate WSAZ that State Police canceled the alert around 9:30 a.m.

Shaina Nicole Tenney, 16, and baby Grace Hope Tenney were found along I-79 in Lewis County, according to WSAZ. According to Ohio's Amber Plan, a suspect is in custody.

The children were reported missing Tuesday  after they were last seen at a residence located in Upshur County, W. Va. Police believed they were abducted by their stepfather.
