During the winter many people like to shovel snow as exercise but it can be dangerous.

Doctors say shoveling that snow packed driveway may increase the risk for heart attack for some people. Experts at New York Presbyterian Hospital say blood vessels narrow down during cold weather to prevent our bodies from losing heat.

Combine narrowed vessels with vigorous shoveling and you've got a recipe for heart trouble. Experts suggest wearing a scarf over your mouth and nose to warm the air you breathe.
