Could be the biggest snow storm of the year

It's a sunny and cold start to the work week.  Skies will be mostly sunny throughout the day but that won't warm us up much.  After the chilly start, in the teens for most, highs don't get much above 30 degrees this afternoon... more than 10 degrees below normal!

Clouds will stream in overnight and hint at the BIG changes to come on Tuesday.  Two storms will merge to our west and take aim at the region by afternoon.  A Winter Storm Watch will go into effect Tuesday afternoon as snow begins to fall.  The snow will become heavy - especially south of Toledo and Bowling Green, during the evening hours and early part of the overnight.  By Wednesday morning parts of NW and Central Ohio may be greeted by the heaviest/deepest snowfall we've seen this winter.  Some of the models are suggesting more than 6 inches for Lima, Findlay and over into Upper Sandusky.  Stay tuned - but it looks like there could be significant impacts come Wednesday morning.  Up into SE Michigan not much snow is expected to fall with this system by the time it moves east Wednesday evening.

Things will improve nicely as we head toward the weekend with highs temps climbing into the mid 40's by Friday with some sunshine.
