TOLEDO, OH -- The Whitmer Panthers defeated league rival Central Catholic 66-57 before a crowd of 1,800 Friday.

Wisconsin-bound Nigel Hayes led the charge for the Panthers with 29 points and 13 rebounds. DeShone Kizer finished with a career-best 28 points for Central Catholic.

Panthers improve to 16-5 overall, 11-2 in the TRAC.
