TOLEDO, OH -- The Toledo Rockets women's basketball team defeated MAC division foe Western Michigan 65-54 Sunday. With this win, the Rockets extend their win streak to seven games in a row.
Four UT players reached double digits in the game. Junior Andola Dortch led the Rockets with 18 points and finished with seven rebounds and two assists. Senior Naama Shafir added 14 points, nine assists, six rebounds and three steals. Inma Zanoguera finished with 11 and Brianna Jones added 10.
Toledo will hit the road to play MAC East Division co-leader Miami on Wednesday.
