UT Rockets cruise past rival BGSU

TOLEDO, OH -- In front of a season-high 6,361 fans, the Toledo Rockets men's basketball team defeated rival Bowling Green State 75-62 in its Third-Annual Tie One On game in Savage Arena.

The winsnapped a three-game losing streak as well as a four-game skid in its series with the Falcons.

Dominique Buckley paced Toledo with a season-high 20 points. Rian Pearson added 14 points and nine rebounds and Julius Brown finished with 14 points and seven assists.

BGSU's Jordon Crawford led the Falcons with 20 points and seven assists.

Toledo hits the road to take on Ball State on Wednesday, January 30th. Bowling Green State returns home to host Akron on Wednesday, January 30th.
