Therese is the weekend sports anchor for WNWO.

HOLLAND, OH -- Springfield Blue Devils scored in the final seven seconds to take the lead and win 40-39 over Anthony Wayne Friday.

Anthony Jones led Springfield with 11 points. Ose Omofoma finshed with 10 points for the Generals.

The Generals have a one-game lead over Bowling Green with one game left in the NLL. Springfield improves to 14-6 overall, 8-5 in the NLL.
