TOLEDO, OH -- The Toledo Rockets notched their fifth straight MAC win after grinding out a 60-52 victory over Eastern Michigan Saturday. The Rockets' five-game win streak is the longest MAC win streak since the 2006-07 season.
Rian Pearson came off the bench to lead the Rockets with 29 points and 14 rebounds. Dominique Buckley added 13 points, including two of his four three-pointers to help the Rockets pull away at the end of the game.
Toledo improves to 11-10 overall, 7-3 in MAC play. The Rockets will travel to play Buffalo Wednesday, Feb. 13.
