TOLEDO -- After the high jump debacle I was able to keep to the ground for the 400 meter run.

This video is evidence I am NOT a long distance runner. If anything I am a long distance lumberer. If that was a word.

The 400 meter run is the last event on day one.

Day 2 starts tomorrow with the 100 meter hurdles.
