A busy night on the hardcourt on Tuesday night.

Every boy's team in the Northern Lakes League in action and that includes last year's league champion playing this year's pre-season favorite.

Bowling Green, the defending champs, knocked off Perrysburg 54-46 behind Vitto Brown's 30 points.

In other action, Jordan Lauf led Napoleon with 27 points as the Wildcats went into Maumee and knocked off the Panthers, 65-58 in overtime.

Two games were played in Sylvania.

Anthony Wayne beat Northview, 57-53.  Michigan-bound Mark Donnal scored 16 points for the Generals.

Springfield continues to play well for first-year head coach Stan Joplin, beating Southview 44-41.
