TOLEDO -- Police are investigating a shooting that took place earlier Saturday night. Investigators say the shooting stemmed from a fight over tax money.
The shooting took place inside a home on the 500 block of Leach in East Toledo.
Police say 36 year Jason Yates was shot in the shoulder and then drove to this Walgreens on the 900 block of Woodville Road.
That man was taken to the hospital.
Police have arrested the shooter, 38 year old Terrell Leech in the shooting.
He'll be taken to the Lucas County Jail and will be charged with felonious assault.
