WESTFIELD MALL -- The 2012 NFL Draft is just a few weeks away, and on Saturday one of the top prospects was in the Glass City.

Michael Floyd, Notre Dame's all-time leading receiver, was signing autographs and taking pictures with fans of all ages at D&D Sports in the Westfield Mall.

"This is my first time signing autographs. It's a good experience, I like it," said Floyd, who has been projected as a possible top-10 pick in the draft.

Floyd had some trouble with the law while in college, most recently a DUI arrest in March of 2011, but he's assured pro coaches that it's all behind him.

"It was just an immature mistake, being a young guy in college...It won't happen again," Floyd said.

Notre Dame went 8-5 in Floyd's final season. Despite his depature, he sees a lot of promise in next year's squad.

"They'll have a great season. There's just guys that got to step up. [A] couple of my friends...John Goodman, Robby Toma...will do a lot of things and be productive and...hopefully get W's.

Cleveland Browns fans, you have the 4th pick. If you had the choice, would you take Floyd or Oklahoma State WR Justin Blackmon, and why? Sound off below or on our Facebook page.
