BG men dominate, Rockets fall short

The Falcons come out to a 23-3 start against Northern Illinois and never look back.  Jordon Crawford and Scott Thomas were your leading scorers with 15 and 14 respectively.

Coaches and fans wore bow ties to benefit the university's Dana Cancer Center in support of prostate cancer care. As for the game, Toledo had a 14 point lead in the second half only to see it slip out of their grasp.  The Rockets shot just 7-27 from the field in the second half and were outscored 41-25.  Toledo was down just two with 30+ seconds remaining, but after two Buffalo misses at the free throw line the Bulls got the offensive rebound to seal up the game. Rian Pearson had 26 points to lead all scorers.
