COLUMBUS -- Ohio is putting the kibosh on any vanity license plate that takes the Buckeye-Wolverine rivalry to nasty heights.
The Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles has rejected plates such as "KILBLU," "HATEMI" (HATE M-I) and "UMH8ER" (U-M HATER).
The BMV says it bans any vanity plate that is lewd, rude or crude or expresses hatred toward a person or group. It says requests for anti-Michigan plates start coming in at the beginning of football season.
The big game is this Saturday.
