Alissa Czisny made Bowling Green and northwest Ohio proud when she won the U.S. figure skating championship two years ago. She was in second place going into tonights free skate, as she looked to take the crown again.
Alissa started out flawlessy hitting all her landings.
She hit a slight glitch about half way through her routine but was able to capitalize with a triple lutz combination.
She said she thought about quitting recently, good thing she didn't, bouncing back after a tough performance last year...Alissa Czisny regains her title as U.S. figure skating champion!
