OREGON -- Oregon Police say that a young boy has died after being found in a neighbor’s pool on Monday afternoon.

1-year-old Frasier Burt's body was found, underneath the solar cover of a in-ground pool, in the 3100 block of Beachwood Drive around 4:30 p.m.

After his body was found he was quickly transported to St. Charles Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The toddler, who would have turned 2 in August, was first reported missing just before 4 p.m.

He was last seen by his grandfather and is believed to have walked out of the home, where he was being cared for, alone.

Authorities say that the nearby pool did have a safety gate.

Just a week ago, Toledo Police were called to a home in the 4000 block of Oakcrest Road after the body of John Pisula was found at the bottom of a pool.

In March, Toledo teen Deshawn Davis drowned while swimming at the Days Inn pool, 1800 Miami St. in East Toledo.
