High temps 5 to 10 degrees below normal

Sunglasses required today as a dome of high pressure briefly traverses the Great Lakes.  Skies will be sunny this moring and mostly sunny this afternoon with highs in the upper 30's.

We'll be partly cloudy overnight with lows in the mid 20's.  Clouds will be on the increase Friday.  As skies become mostly cloudy during the afternoon a pretty stiff southerly breeze will kick high temps closer to where they should be this time of year - into the mid 40's.

A wintery mix heads our way Friday night into Saturday morning.  We could see some light accumulations, mainly on grassy surfaces, by daybreak Saturday.  This fast moving storm system heads east by Saturday afternoon with highs in the mid and upper 30's.

Skies will begin to clear out Saturday night and will lead to some sunshine just in time for St. Patrick's Day!  Don't forget to bring your sunglasses as you head out to celebrate... you'll need the jacket too as highs top out in the upper 30's.

Rain moves in Sunday night for a soggy start to the next work week.
