DETROIT -- A Michigan State Police trooper was shot while in pursuit of armed robbery suspects wanted for impersonating officers, according to Detroit NBC-affiliate WDIV.
Police told WDIV the trooper is doing "just fine" after he was shot in the leg early Monday.
Another officer was reportedly graced by a bullet during a shootout between the suspects and police. Two men have been arrested, but police say two others are still at large.
