An Indiana man who previously said he set fire to a Perrysburg mosque to avenge American soldiers now wants to withdraw his guilty plea.
In a court filing, Randy Linn said that he was in an emotional state and depressed when he entered a guilty plea last month.
Linn's deal with prosecutors called for a 20-year prison sentence.
Linn was caught on surveillance camera entering and exiting the Islamic Center of Greater Toledo around the time a second floor prayer room was set on fire.
