Clint Eastwood, New York Jets quarterback Tim Tebow and comedian Jay Leno all received write-in votes for president here in the Buckeye State.

The Canton Repository reports of ballots cast Tuesday found some silly, stupid and sublime write-ins among 242 cast in Stark County alone.

There were votes for God and Jesus; car racing icon Richard Petty and other sports stars. Votes for fictional characters including Tigger, Cookie Monster and Eric Cartman, the foul-mouthed schoolboy from TV's South Park.

The county's deputy elections director said votes for unregistered candidates don't count, but they're a good source of entertainment.
