The community of Rossford rallied around one of its own Monday and raised money for a teen's fight against cancer.

Friends and family organized a fundraiser for 16-year-old Rossford High School athlete Kerry Keller. Keller was diagnosed with a rare form of muscular cancer, with a tumor growing in his sinuses near his brain, he said.

Despite this, Keller said he remains in good spirits as he continues his treatment.

Paradise Ice Cream hosted the event and donated 10 percent of Monday's profits to Keller and his family. If you would like to donate, Paradise will continue to have out a donation bucket and the employees have volunteered to donate all of this week's tips to Keller's cause.
