Temps set to begin rising
It's been a chilly run so far this work week - but things are about to get a lot better and do so just in time for the weekend. A mix of sun and clouds heads our way today. I'll have to classify the overall picture for the day as partly sunny - meaning more clouds than sunshine, but some sun is better than none and we will see periods of sunshine and some warmer temps this afternoon as high temps inch into the mid 40's.
Overnight skies will partially clear and become partly cloudy. Lows fall to near 30 degrees. We kick-off the weekend Friday with mostly sunny skies and highs getting into the upper 40's.
Both Saturday and Sunday are looking much better as mostly sunny skies will be the rule both days. High temps finally return to where they should be - in the lower 50's.
This fall has been characterized by showers and dramatic swings in temps trending on the cool side. While it has been chilly since last weekend, at least it has been quiet. For the week ahead - right into Thanksgiving it looks like we remain high and dry with no travel issues and afternoon highs getting into the low and mid 50's - warmer than what we typically see this time of year.
A big turn around is on the way weatherwise - hope you can take the time to enjoy it.
