LENAWEE COUNTY -- Crime Stoppers of Lenawee County is asking for the public’s help solving nearly a half dozen church break-ins in the last month.

The 1st took place on August 12th at a church on M-34 near Hillsdale, MI.

Just a day later, a church on N. Rollin Hwy and US-223 in Manitou Beach, MI was broken into.

Although the suspect was not able to steal any money from the building, the church's entry doors and desk drawers were pried open.

The same day, or possible on August 14th, a church on M-50 near US 12 in Brooklyn was also damaged during an attempted break-in.

Around the same time frame, a church on US-127 near US-223 in Addison was burglarized.

This time, $402.00 was stolen from a tin can collecting donations for "Bible School Children".

Finally, on September 4th, a church on US-223 near Ogden Hwy in Adrian was again pried into.

Officials believe all the cases are related.

They are asking anyone with information to call in tips to 517-266-6161.
