TOLEDO -- Reports of gunfire on Prospect Avenue lead police to find one dead at the scene on Sunday night.

Witnesses told Toledo police that the victim was walking with another man down Prospect between North Detroit Avenue and Hoag Street when two men on bicycles approached them and began firing around 10 p.m.

The victim was taken to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead. His companion was not struck and was taken by police for questioning.

Police do not have any suspects at this time.
