Trial set for ex-fire inspector charged with station shootings

The former city fire inspector charged with shooting at two Toledo fire stations will go on trial next month..

Kevin Wolever, 32, will face a judge on March 16 for two counts of improperly discharging a firearm into a habitation and one count each of aggravated arson and felonious assault.

The incidents occured within a four day period in September.

If convicted, Wolever faces up to 48 years in prison.
