TOLEDO -- A teenager accused of killing another Toledo teen is now behind bars.

18-year-old Gerald Banks surrendered to authorities Tuesday morning.  Cops say Banks shot and killed 18-year-old Marquan McCuin July 3, 2011 while McCuin rode his bike.  Banks is expected in court tomorrow.

Meanwhile, the suspect in Toledo's 10th homicide faced a judge Tuesday morning, 24 hours after surrendering to police.

Byron Bitchell's bond was set at $750,000. Police say Mitchell shot Eric Daniels on July 3, 2011.  Daniels died a couple days later.
