Former Ohio Governor Ted Strickland along with local Democrats held a press conference today to blast Mitt Romney for his Medicare plan.

Former Governor Strickland told the seniors on hand that the Romney/Ryan plan would put an end to Medicare as they knew it and that it would be replaced by a voucher program that Toledo seniors would not be able to pay for.

Strickland went on to say that The Romney/Ryan budget decreases taxes for the millionaires and billionaires in the United States while raising the taxes of the middle class. Former Governor Strickland speaks about this in the following interview.
