DAYTON -- Snow and ice are blamed for a wreck that killed a Northwest Ohio man near Dayton Tuesday morning.

Police say Bret Woods of Toledo lost control of his minivan on I-75.   The van crossed the median and went into the southbound lanes where it was hit by two tractor trailers.

Woods died and the truck drivers were injured.,

Officials can't say exactly why Woods lost control.  But they point out it had been snowing and the pavement was slick.
