3 children killed in Kalamazoo, Mich. fire

KALAMAZOO, MICH. -- Three young children are dead after an apartment fire in Kalamazoo, Mich. on Monday aftermoon.

According to the Associated Press, a 1-year-old baby and three-year-old twins were left home alone when the fire started. By the time fire crews arrived, the apartment was engulfed in flames.

Authorities are investigating the cause of the blaze. The person who was supposed to be watching the kids could face charges.

A fourth child survived.
