PAULDING CO. -- Dense fog may be to blame for a fatal accident in Paulding County near the Ohio-Indiana border.

The State Highway Patrol says visibility was about 100 feet when a pick up truck was hit by a tractor trailer on U.S. 24 Tuesday morning.

Authorities say that set off a chain-reaction of crashes on the highway that links Toledo with Fort Wayne.

Oe person was killed and 10 others hurt.  The patrol says none of the injuries were life-threatening.
