Another in a string of Alberta Clippers will add to our snowpack today.  A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect through 7 p.m. Yes, it's Deja Vu all over again as widespread, light accumulating snows will be with us most of the day. Roads will become slippery by mid to late morning as the snow spreads from west to east. It will be another cold day with high temps maxing out in the low and mid 20s and windchills in the teens. By this evening, most of us will see 1-3 inches of accumulation--with some places seeing a swath of up to 4 inches.

The snow tapers off this evening and it will get cold again overnight with lows near 10 degrees.  The reprieve from the falling snow won't last long as another Clipper heads our way by Tuesday afternoon. This system will deliver another 1-2 inches of snow.  Highs will be in the upper 20s as the snow falls Tuesday afternoon.

Wednesday looks like a beauty. No, it won't be warm--highs top out in the upper 20s--but it will be sunny. Enjoy the sun as clouds will be on the increase Wednesday night and Thursday in advance of another light snowmaker heading our way Thursday evening.

Looking out a few more days... it looks like we warm into the 40s by Sunday with soaking rains developing into early next week.
