TOLEDO -- Authorities say none of the five people found dead in a parked car in a West Toledo garage last month had drugs in their system.

The Lucas County Coroner has ruled they all died from carbon monoxide poisoning.

Police say 56-year-old Sandy Ford and her 32 -year -old son Andy planned to kill themselves and three children over a custody dispute with their mother.   Their bodies along with those of Paige , Logan and Madalyn Hayes were found in the car on November 12.

Investigators say notes left at the scene indicate this was not a spur of the moment decision.
