TOLEDO -- Robert F. Carter, the ex-husband of a woman shot to death on Monday night has turned himself into to Toledo Police.
There's a list of charges against him including aggravated premeditated murder, and domestic violence.
Toledo police responded to a report of a person shot in a West Toledo neighborhood shortly before 11 pm on Christmas Eve.
According to reports the victim, Wendabi Triplett, was found lying in the street next to a vehicle with apparent guns shot wounds. She was transported to St. Vincent Medical Center where she was pronounced dead at 1:40 a.m Tuesday morning.
