If your child has dreams of being an entrepreneur in the future, they have a very unique opportunity - a chance to pitch their business ideas to billionaire and Berkshire Hathaway CEO, Warren Buffett.
Students ages 7 through 16 can enter the Grow Your Own Business contest. In May of next year, four individuals and two teams will be flown to Omaha, Nebraska to present their ideas to Mr. Buffett in person. Then, the grand prize individual and team winners will each receive $5,000. Entires will be accepted until February 15, 2013.
This year, Time magazine named Buffett one of the most influential people in the world. He was ranked the world's wealthiest person in 2008 and the third wealthiest person in 2011.
