TOLEDO -- The folks at the Imagination Station in downtown Toledo are celebrating after their levy was pushed into the win column after The Lucas County Board of Elections counted provisional ballots from the November election.

The science center's levy was down more than 1,000 votes after the polls closed on Nov. 6.

After counting more than 8,400 provisional ballots Monday morning, the levy recieved enough votes to pass. The levy was certified as passing by a count of 98,538 yes votes to 98,232 no votes.

Since the total is so close, it will be subject to an automatic recount next month.

The five-year levy would raise more than $1 million annually for the Imagination Station and will cost the average homeowner about $5 a year.
