An arrest has been made in the murder of a 63-year-old Lenawee County woman whose body was found last weekend.

Steven Daniel Storm was taken into custody on Wednesday and is being held on a warrant for an "homicide-open murder" in the death of Sandra Johnson, according to a press release from the Lenawee County Sheriff.

Authorities say that a detective from Lenawee County, who retrieved bank records from the victim,  brought Storm in for questioning at the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office.

After that meeting the 42-year-old suspect, from the Vandercook Lake area, was then arrested and taken to the Lenawee County Jail.

A hearing with a Court Magistrate will take place on Thursday at the Lenawee County Jail.

Though Johnson's body  was discovered on November 17th at a boat launch on Crispell Lake in Jackson County’s Liberty Township, investigators believe that location was simply a dump site.

At this time the Sheriff's offices say that It is "uncertain where the death occurred".
