Starting today, you will be hearing the familiar sound of the bell associated with the red kettles of The Salvation Army.

The official kick off for the campaign is today, November 15, 2012, at Andersons in Maumee at 11 a.m. Captains Kevin Zanders and Tawny Cowen-Zanders will greet the crowd.  Dan Anderson from the Andersons is the honorary chairperson for this year's campaign.

The money raised each year stays in Northwest Ohio and will benefit The Salvation Army.  There will be 56 locations in our area and your donations are appreciated.  Last year's goal was exceeded and that is the goal again this year.

The Red Kettle Campaign concludes on Christmas Eve.
