MONROE CO. -- Monroe County Sheriff's deputies arrested a sleeping intruder over the weekend.
According to the Monroe Evening News, investigators were called out to a home on West Ninth Street on Saturday after a potential renter found the man curled up in a ball, sleeping inside a closet.
The man reportedly told deputies he took a bunch of sleeping pills and didn't remember kicking up the door to get inside. The 23-year-old man said he was homeless and needed a place to stay for the night.
Now he's staying in the Monroe County Jail.
