SYLVANIA -- The Toledo-Lucas County Public Library’s Sylvania branch is hosting its Halloween Harvest Fest Concert.

The event will feature musical guest and children’s entertainer Kevin Devine. Guests will be able to sing-along, dance and play games. Costumes are encouraged and registration is required. 

The fun is scheduled from 6:00 p.m. until 7:30p.m. at the library located at 6749 Monroe St. in Sylvania.
