TOLEDO -- A Toledo man is now facing murder charges in connection to the beating death of a bouncer at a strip club last month.

A Lucas County grand jury indicted Jamieius Smith Tuesdayday.

Police say Smith punched John White and another bouncer as they were escorting him out of Deja Vu on September 29.  White fell, hit his head on the pavement, causing a skull fracture.  He died over the weekend.

Smith had been charged with felonius assault.
