TOLEDO -- Three suspects are under investigation in connection with the death of an inmate at the Toledo Correctional Institution, according to the Toledo Blade.

But the Ohio Highway Patrol has not yet released the names of the suspects.

24-year-old Brad Hamlin of northeast Ohio was strangled last Thursday in another inmate's cell.   He died Friday.  His death has been ruled a homicide by the Lucas County Coroner's Office.

Hamlin was serving time for burglary, breaking and entering and theft.
