TOLEDO -- Toledo police and the FBI are investigating a bank robbery in South Toledo.

Authorities were called out to the Charter One Bank on South Detroit Avenue just before noon.

Witnesses tell WNWO News the crook dropped the bag of money outside the bank after the red dye pack exploded after the hold up.
