TOLEDO -- Federal authorities are asking for the public's help in finding a convicted sex offender who they consider armed, dangerous, and likely walking the streets of Toledo.
Terrance Reid allegedly falsified his sex offender registration by providing an incorrect address. He was convicted in July 1998 after imposing on a juvenile girl. He was charge and convicted of Gross Sexual Imposition and required to register his address once each year for 20 years after release from prison.
According to Attorney General Mike DeWine's office, Reid, who is listed as one of U.S. Marshal's "Dangerous Dozen," last registered his address as 105 17th Street in Toledo. However, documents indicate Reid does not reside at that address. A warrant was issued for his arrest on July 30.
Reid is considered armed and dangerous. He is described as a 42-year-old African American, weighing 195 lbs. and standing 5'7" tall. He also bares scars on his right leg.
