A Toledo man is dead after he was hit by a train this morning in South Toledo. Police say 21 year old Benjamin Ragan was walking along the railroad tracks on Angola Road near Reynolds when he was hit by the train around 3AM.

Benjamin Ragan was pronounced dead at the scene. No word on why Ragan was walking along the tracks.
