AMBOY TOWNSHIP -- A 29-year-old Toledo man was injured when the mulching truck he was driving overturned on Tuesday night.

According to the State Highway Patrol, Carlos Perez, Sr. was operating the truck with a mulcher attached on U.S. 20 just west of County Road 1 when he traveled off the right side of the roadway, struck a guardrail and overturned into a ditch.

Perez was transported by Life Flight to an area hospital.

The crash remains under investigation at this time.
