Sylvania Township Police are investigating a shooting on Thursday night.
Authorities were called to the scene, in the 3300 Block of Waldmar, just before 10:30 p.m.
The shooting is closest to the intersection of Central and Holland-Sylvania.
It is believed that a single male victim was shot and taken to a Toledo hospital for treatment.
Sylvania Twp Police Chief Rob Boehme says they were assisted, at the scene, by a K-9 team from Swanton.
According to the Toledo Blade the victim suffered gunshot wounds to the upper torso.
The Blade article also said police were looking for two possible suspects: a white man and a black man with a long afro.
