West Toledo foodies will be happy to hear a new "eclectic American" restaurant will open its doors on Tuesday night.
Revolution Grille, located at 5333 Monroe St., features American cooking with ethnic influence from around the world.
Owner Rob Campbell, former executive chef of Mancy's Bluewater Grille, wrote on the restaurant's Facebook page that 50 percent of tonight's proceeds will benefit Kid's Unlimited, a program that helps kids in under-served areas improve their academic and social character.
The grand opening event starts at 4:30 p.m.
"Guests can expect the unexpected while dining – this is a new take on American cuisine produced with classical techniques," Campbell wrote.
