UPDATED: All intersections closed after a gas main break on Philips Avenue have been reopened, including Haverhill and Berdan, Haverhill and Philips and Sylvania and Lewis.

Columbia Gas hit the gas main in front of Burger King just before 11 a.m. on Monday. Crews are still repairing the break, but Toledo Police Dispatch reports it is now safe to reopen the roads.

ORIGINAL REPORT: Several intersections are closed after Columbia Gas hit a gas main in front of Burger King on Philips Avenue.

Road/Intersection closures are as follows:
Haverhill and Berdan
Haverhill and Philips
Sylvania and Lewis

Sgt. Joe Heffernan said there are currently no major evacuations in the area, but businesses around the site are being evacuated.
