TOLEDO -- We have a pair of Northwest Ohio drug busts to tell you about.

First in Williams County, where a New York man was arrested and charged with pot possession after a traffic stop on the Ohio Turnpike Tuesday.

State troopers pulled the suspect's vehicle over for speeding and noticed a strong smell of marijuana.  During a search of the car, officers found 9 pounds of marijuana with a street value of $9,000. 38-year-old Joel Hacker was arrested.

Meanwhile, a Michigan man and woman are facing felony drug charges in Hancock County after another prescription pills bust on I-75.

Troopers pulled over a Jeep Liberty Sunday for following too closely.  Officers smelled marijuana and then searched the vehicle.

That's when they uncovered nearly 400 illegal pills worth about $6,000.

31-year-old Senta Walls and 24-year-old Bernard Wilson, Jr. were arrested.
