CLINTON, MICH. -- Police have released a composite of the suspect from an alleged attempted abduction in Clinton, Mich., on Monday.

The suspect is described as a 25-30 year old white male, 5' 8" to 6' tall, average build, blondish-brown hair, clean shaven and was not wearing glasses. He wore a plain white T-shirt and dark jeans on the day of the incident.

Around 7:50 p.m., a 19-year-old woman said a white van approached on Coman Street. The suspect tried to force her in the vehicle after offering her a ride, but the victim escaped.

The suspect's van continued south on Burton Street toward US-12.
